Opening Ceremony
Sunday 20 June 2010            17.30 - 18.30hrs

The opening ceremony will take place in the main auditorium of the Waterfront Hall on Sunday 20 June 2010. The Ceremony will include traditional Irish entertainment.

There is no additional cost to attend the Opening Ceremony.

Welcome Reception
Sunday 20 June 2010            18.30 - 20.00hrs

An informal Welcome Reception will be held in the two Gallery areas of the Waterfront Hall, allowing delegates the opportunity to meet with friends and colleagues.

There is no additional cost to attend the Welcome Reception.


Open top bus tour
Monday 21 June 2010           17.45 - 19.15hrs

The tour lasts a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes. Your ticket will be valid for 24 hours and you can hop off and hop on. The places of interest included on the tour are:

Goal & Courthouse
Shankill Road
The Peace Line
Falls Road
Queen's University
Ulster Museum
Botanic Gardens

The tour is free of charge for accompanying persons and £15.00 for delegates, space is limited so please ensure you book on the attached registration form.

Gala Dinner;                            Dress Code: Lounge suit or ‘traditional dress’
Tuesday 22 June 2010              19.30 - 23.00hrs

Belfast City Hall
The Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday 22 June 2010 at Belfast City Hall. Belfast City Council is kindly hosting a pre-dinner drinks reception which will be held at 19.30hrs in the Main Rotunda prior to dinner in the Great Hall at 20.15hrs. Belfast City Hall was opened in 1906 and is built in classical Renaissance style in Portland stone. Its crowning features are the main dome with a whispering gallery and the grand staircase designed in three types of Italian marble.

Early bird booking fee: £60 (on or before 9th April 2010)
Late booking free:        £80 (after 10th April 2010)

The booking fee includes a three course meal, wine and entertainment. Please book your place on the registration form.

Closing Ceremony
Wednesday 23 June 2010          16.10 - 16.30hrs

The closing ceremony will take place in the main auditorium of the Waterfront Hall. Refreshments will be served immediately after this ceremony giving the opportunity to enjoy a drink and say farewell to friends and colleagues.

There is no additional cost to attend the Closing Ceremony.

REFUNDS FOR SOCIAL EVENTS
Cancelled social event tickets will be refunded after the meeting provided that written notice of cancellation is received before Friday 4th June 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, although name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
