Confirmation of payment
Written confirmation and a receipt
of payment will be sent to you. Further details and
directional maps will be posted on this website shortly
before the Congress.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons will have full use of the Congress
Venues with morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea during
the Congress. They are invited to attend the Welcome and
Closing Ceremonies but are not entitled to attend Congress
sessions.
Accompanying persons will be offered the opportunity to go
on an open top bus tour of Belfast at no additional charge
if booked.
Cancellation of registration fees
Please advise the Secretariat in writing if you wish to
cancel your place at the Congress. Cancellation of
individual registration bookings received in writing by the
Secretariat will be refunded after the Congress at the
following rates.
On or Before 9 April 2010
Full refund minus 25% administration fee.
After 10 April 2010
We regret no refund can be made although name substitutions
can be made at any time.
